1. Terms & Conditions
1.1 Scope of Services
Urja Talents provides structured educational services including online and offline classes, mentoring, academic guidance, assessments, and related learning support through approved platforms.
1.2 Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling, accessing, or continuing to use the services, parents, students, and users confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and all Company policies.
1.3 Class Scheduling and Delivery
All classes shall be conducted strictly as per the mutually agreed schedule. Each session shall be completed within the defined academic cycle or validity period, and unused sessions shall lapse unless otherwise communicated by the Company.
1.4 Fees, Payments, and Billing
All fees must be paid strictly in advance. Services shall commence only after receipt and confirmation of payment by Urja Talents. Any extension or additional class shall be subject to prior consent and separate billing.
1.5 Suspension and Termination of Services
Urja Talents reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate services without notice in cases of non-payment, misconduct, misuse of services, violation of policies, or breach of contractual obligations.
1.6 Intellectual Property Rights
All curriculum, study material, worksheets, assessments, recordings, and digital content provided remain the exclusive intellectual property of Urja Talents. Unauthorized copying, sharing, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
1.7 Limitation of Liability
Urja Talents shall not be liable for interruptions or failures arising from technical issues, internet outages, power failures, third-party platform disruptions, or events beyond its reasonable control.
1.8 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 General Refund Principle
Urja Talents follows a strict refund policy designed to ensure fairness, service continuity, and operational stability.
2.2 Eligibility for Refund
Refunds shall be considered only where Urja Talents is unable to provide a suitable replacement teacher for a continuous period of thirty (30) days.
2.3 Discretion of the Company
All refund decisions shall be made solely at the discretion of Urja Talents after internal review, verification, and assessment of facts.
2.4 Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds shall not be granted due to student unavailability, preference changes, missed classes, pauses, schedule modifications, or any parent-initiated interruptions.
2.5 Temporary Disruptions
In cases of temporary disruptions such as teacher illness or leave, Urja Talents may adjust schedules or provide complimentary sessions, subject to internal approval.
2.6 Missed Sessions
Failure to attend scheduled sessions without prior notice shall result in such sessions being marked as completed, with no entitlement to refund or rescheduling.
3. Privacy Policy
3.1 Data Protection Commitment
Urja Talents is committed to protecting the personal data and privacy of parents, students, and users in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
3.2 Collection and Use of Information
Personal data collected shall be used strictly for educational delivery, administrative processing, communication, and compliance purposes.
3.3 Data Security
All personal information is stored securely and safeguarded against unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, or misuse using reasonable security measures.
3.4 Third-Party Disclosure
Personal data shall not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law or regulatory authorities.
3.5 Data Rights
Parents and guardians may request correction, modification, or deletion of personal data by submitting a written request to the Company, subject to legal requirements.
3.6 Recordings and Confidentiality
Classes may be recorded for quality assurance and compliance purposes. All recordings and related content remain the exclusive property of Urja Talents and shall not be copied or redistributed.
